David R. Mullaney is an accomplished civic leader and award-winning executive based in Auburndale, Massachusetts. He has nearly three decades of experience in the vertical construction industry, with expertise in construction management, contracts drafting and negotiation, and project finance and organizational growth. He is also well-versed in the dynamic between Owner, Architect, Consulting Engineers, and Constructor. Over the course of his career, David Mullaney has negotiated and closed numerous multimillion-dollar construction transactions. His areas of expertise extend to Superfund site redevelopment and nonprofit fundraising, and private school board of trustee policies creation and implementation.

Mr. Mullaney holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management at Amherst and the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA. His past volunteer positions include regional advisor with Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance in Boston, 10 years as Trustee at Fitchburg State University, 7 years as Trustee at Julie Day School, Former Chairman of the Board and 8 year Board Member of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, all while he served 24 years as the chief executive officer of the Mullaney Corporation. Presently he is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, the Boston Bar Association, Mass Bar Association, and the American Arbitration Association.
